I started out as a general contractor, then specialized as a shed builder in the early 80's. For several years I had a production facility in Schertz, Texas, along with sales locations in Schertz and New Braunfels, Texas. With the help of several shed builders, we have built thousands of portable sheds.

We offer standard gable roof sheds, small barn sheds, tall lofted barn sheds, and two story barn sheds.

Shed Specifications

Treated floor skids.

Treated floor joist spaced 16″ apart.

3/4″ osb floor decking.

2×4 wall studs.

Engineered “smartside” wood siding.

7/16 osb roof decking.

25 yr 3 tab shingles.

Prices include all material and labor for on-site construction.  Buildings are unpainted.

Gable Roof Shed

a very popular building which can be built to any size. The door can be placed on any wall. The gable buildings have a 7′ sidewall with a total height of 8-10′.  Excellent building for any use.

Barn Shed

This building has 4′ sidewalls with a total height of 8′ at the center.  Excellent for storage of lawn mowers, bicycles, etc.

Lofted Barn Shed

This building has 7′ sidewalls with a total height of 11′ at the center.  An overhead loft storage area equal to approximately 1/2 the length of the building is included.  Excellent choice for storage of household items and lawn equipment with room left over to use as a workshop.

Two Story Barn Shed

With 8′ sidewalls this is the ultimate storage building.  You can stand up in the full loft which provides loads of storage.  The lower floor space can be used for storage of large items such as 4 wheelers, motorcycles, jet skies, etc with plenty of room left for a workshop. Stair access to the second floor is included.
